Being an organic, healthy food endorsing all vegetarian restaurant, our approach towards designing the interiors of the Hill Green Restaurant was to go all earthy and rustic. The aesthetics are guided by natural pine wood screens and panelling, with brass chandeliers sourced from the Chor Bazaar, Mumbai and vintage moroccan tiles. The bar on the mezzanine gets a younger vibe with the introduction of bright colours, poster frames and a custom designed Bar area carved out of pine wood panels.
